| Next, we drove to the town of Kitzbuhel, still in the Tirol district.
From Lofer, on road 312, to road 342, heading southwest. The town,
as most towns in this area, is used in the winter as a base camp for
skiers, and in the summer - for walkers or trekkers. At the end of
the town, you'll find cable cars that will take you (for a fee) to
certain points on the mountain, from which you can begin your walks.
