Another central square in Madrid is the Puerta del Sol Square, which
is really the center of Madrid. There, you'll find convenient transportation,
many stores and restaurants.
In a slightly less central area of Madrid, you'll find a tall tower
called Torre Espana. The tower is built in an interesting fashion,
but it has no touristic appeal, and it cannot be entered. Around it
is a nice park with benches and large lawns, called Quinta Fuente
del Berro. |
