| Of-course you can spend even two weeks in Amsterdam without a dull
moment - but that's up to you, and the amount of time you decide to
allocate to it. We toured the city for two days. We started at the
Vincent Van Gogh Museum - you mustn't miss it. It's best to visit
it in midweek, and not on Sunday, because then it's very crowded.
It's a relatively small museum, categorized by different periods.
Recommended to visit. Admission fees are charged. Opening hours: 10:00
to 17:00. Right next to it, is the state museum - Rijksmuseum. It
is an enormous museum, with the largest collection of art work in
The Netherlands. You'll find there the works of Rembrandt, Vermir,
and more. Admission fees are charged. Opening hours: 10:00 to 17:00. |
